The client for this project wanted to create off-street parking at their property through a dropped kerb and paved driveway. The Local Planning Authority (LPA) the property is located required a planning application to be submitted for both of these requirements. The first two drawings are of the existing and proposed plans that were approved by the LPA. The last drawing illustrates the proposed works that were approved by the County Council.
